The Discipline of the Mountain

Distant Vision Hiking Club is more than just a trekking group. It is a collective of explorers dedicated to alpine self-reliance, physical endurance, and absolute reverence for the mountain terrain.

We move by the Leave No Trace ethos: zero impact on the land, strict discipline regarding safety gear, and uncompromising camaraderie across high-altitude crossings and wild camps.

01. Autonomy

Self-reliance across every terrain, precise navigation, and readiness for severe weather shifts.

02. Stewardship

Protecting the alpine ecosystem with zero trace of passage or waste left behind.

03. Camaraderie

The group moves at the pace of safety. No one gets left behind.
